Life sure is different now that Kieran is here. It has been a real adjustment trying to fit art time in (or any me time for that matter). I have had to change the way I see and do art. I use to be able to sit down and work for hours on a piece, sometimes start to finish. Now I just don't have the time to do that. Peter deals with this lack of free time by waking up at five in the morning to create music or play video games, but I am not a morning person, and that is usually when Kieran is up for his breakfast anyway.
- I also book" Art dates" in the calendar and treat the as if they are appointments
Yay spring is here and Kieran and I can finally get outside! Found some pussy willows yesterday on our visit to the zoo- he seemed pretty fascinated- of course he just had to get them to his mouth!
P.S.Yesterday we learned Kieran cans speek sheep- every time the sheep would call out Kieran would answer back.
"Heart to Heart" has found a home at Hestia House. I am so glad it is in a place where it can be seen by women who may need some connections and support. I hope it reminds them they are loved and are not alone.
