Well I have to say this has been the best Halloween ever. Kieran wasn't too keen on putting his costume on this year, and especially didn't want to wear the hat...until during dinner there was a knock on the door. As soon as he saw other kids dressed up-dinner was abandoned, the hat went on, and I could barely get his shoes on he was in such a rush to go and see what was going on (hence not too many pictures). We went to 11 houses-Kieran couldn't wait to knock and give his best smile, he was very polite and never asked for more. Once we got home he had a few treats and then we waited for knocks at our door. After a couple of trick or treaters-Kieran took over. He couldn't wait to give candy out, he kept wanting us to open the door to see if there were any "kids" and would occasionally knock back at them if I wasn't fast enough to open the door. I even had to hold back once or twice from chasing the trick or treaters to give them more candy. He has a huge giving heart-and barely tried to take any extra during the process...unless he came across smarties....he loves smarties. :) Below is Kieran waiting for the kids to come.
