What a beautiful weekend! We spent a lot of time outside, just enjoying it, with sidewalk chalk, rubber boots, puddles, and a trip to the zoo. I think Kieran's favourite part of the zoo was the donkey's. They came right up to him.
Sunday night we enjoyed a summer feast of BBQ hamburgers, corn, and watermelon. I had put corn holders on Kieran's corn, but he did not enjoy them, once he learned he couldn't eat them he wanted them off...not just his, but mine too.
One of my goals over the next few months is to start printing some photos and actually filling frames and albums. It is so easy to take pictures, and never print them...but I am tired of looking at strangers staring back at me from the frames. I already have a collection started on my fridge, the first few pictures of Kieran's 'First Year book', and a couple frames on the piano started-and I already feel better.
